It is reported that she died in an accident on the Kurnool National Highway in the early hours of Sunday morning. The accident occurred when the bus she was traveling in collided with another vehicle. Pavitra lost her life on the spot in this accident. It is reported that her co-actors and family members were also in the car with her.
The accident occurred on the national highway at Sheripalli (B) village under Bhutpur Municipality of Mahbubnagar District. It happened while returning to Hyderabad from her native village in Karnataka. In the early hours of Sunday morning, Pavitra’s car lost control, hit the divider, and collided with the RTC bus traveling from Hyderabad to Vanaparthi on the right side. Unfortunately, Pavitra Jayaram died on the spot. Her cousin Apeksha, driver Srikanth, and fellow actor Chandrakanth sustained serious injuries in the incident. They were immediately rushed to the hospital by the police and villagers.
